Are you a NZ company?
Yes! We're proudly New Zealand owned and operated in Ashburton, NZ
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, at this stage we are online only.
Are you products available anywhere else?
No, our items are only available here on our store. 
Our products will be available to other stores in the future when we open up to wholesale customers


The product I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
You can sign up to be notified when a product is back in stock by visiting the product page of the out of stock item you want and entering your email address in the 'Notify Me' box. You'll get an email as soon as more stock is added to the website.
Where do you get your products from?
We source our products and the required components to make them from both local and overseas suppliers.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debt cards via Stripe.
Bank transfer can be arranged upon special request.
How do I redeem a coupon code?
You'll be prompted during checkout to enter a coupon code if you have one. Once applied, you will see the discount take effect. 
If you have any problems with it not working, please get in touch via our contact page.
Why isnt my coupon code working?
There could be a number of reasons for a faulty coupon code. 
Send us a message through the contact page and we'll get it sorted asap.


Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. If you can contact us as quickly as possible, before we have packaged and dispatched your order then we are happy to make any changes or process a refund.


What are your shipping options?
New Zealand: We use CourierPost and Aramex as our couriers to ship around New Zealand. 
We have found them to be quick and reliable. We also offer Click & Collect in Ashburton (NZ).
International: We use NZ Post to send all parcels overseas.
What are your shipping costs
New Zealand: We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all orders over $50+ (includes rural addresses).
For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate, urban: $6 & rural: $10.
International: Flat rate international delivery for small parcels: $5 NZD & large parcels: $25 NZD.
How long will my order take to get to me?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days
New Zealand: Parcels are sent via NZ Post Courier or Aramex and are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days.
International: Parcels are sent via NZ Post and are expected to arrive within 3-10 working days.
A tracking code will be provided once your order is packaged.
Please allow extra days for delivery during busy times of the year (Christmas) and global events.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
During busy times of the year like Christmas, we can experience delays with courier & postal deliveries. 
Please allow an extra few days for delivery during these times.
Do you have a Click & Collect service?
Yes, for those in the Ashburton area, you can select the Click & Collect option during checkout. 
We ask that you contact us to organise a pick-up time after placing your order.
How do I track my order?
We'll supply all customers with a tracking code once your parcel has been collected. 
Then you'll need to head to the NZPost or Aramex website, enter your tracking code and they will update you with your parcel location and status.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Ashburton, NZ. All of our stock is here, ready to be shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom & United States with the intention to ship to more countries in the near future.


Do I need to setup an account?
No, but we recommended it. 
Having an account means you keep a record of all past orders, tracking information and everything you'll need if you want to return anything.
How do I create and account?
Visit the My Account page in the top or footer menu of our website. Complete the fields under the heading Register and you're all done.
How do I check and change my account details?
You can check and update your details by logging into your My Account page.
I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
When you visit the My Account to log into your account you will find a link under the Login button that says "Lost your password?". 
Click on this and follow the prompts. It will help you to re-set your password.
If you get stuck for any reason, please get in contact and we'll sort it for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What is your return policy?

How do I return unwanted items?
To complete your return, we require you to read through our Returns policy and complete our Request a Refund form at the bottom of the Returns page.
Will you refund the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
